With your log-in data for the Exhibitor Service Portal, you can register your participation at AGRITECHNICA in Hanover as well as AGRITECHNICA digital.

Am I already a registered user?

Test whether you already have an account in the by entering your e-mail address it the portal and clicking on “send password”. If you do not receive your access data within a few minutes, please make a new registration. But please check your Spam folder before doing so.

How do I receive access data for the Exhibitor Service Portal?

Please register as a new user by clicking on the „New registration“-button in the Exhibitor Service Portal. You will immediately receive a password. If not, please check your Spam folder.

Forgotten password – do I need to register again now?

No. If you are registered, you can request a new password through the Exhibitor Service Portal – log in with your e-mail address and click the button “send password”. Please check your spam mails.

My contact data in the Exhibitor Service Portal are wrong.

Please send us an e-mail to service-agritechnica@dlg.org. We will immediately update your contact data.

The responsible contact person for the current trade fair has changed.

Please contact us at service-agritechnica@dlg.org. We will update the data of the new contact person.

Can I add another user (e.g. colleague, stand builder, etc.) to my order account?

You receive a “Stand password” for every stand with your stand confirmation. The “Stand password” can be forwarded to colleagues, stand builders, etc. By passing this on, you authorise the contact to view the stand application and to place further orders, but internal company data such as invoices cannot be viewed.

Digital exhibitors can pass on the self-administration link for the digital platform at their own discretion.

 


 

Registration of main exhibitor / co-exhibitors

I would like to retrospectively register a co-exhibitor for my stand.

You can find the sent binding exhibitor application in the Exhibitor Service Portal under “My stand bookings”. Double-click to open this and register an unlimited number of co-exhibitors.

The binding order is already sent, but I would still like to change it.

Your order is binding. If you would like to change it, please send an e-mail to the AGRITECHNICA-Team (service-agritechnica@dlg.org).

I am registering from China. In previous years, registration was made through the DLG office in Beijing.

Application and service orders (after stand confirmation May 2023) can be made directly through the Exhibitor Service Portal. Your exhibitor application and the service order will be checked and approved by our subsidiary DLG-Beijing. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Li Zhang (leely@dlg.org) directly.

 


 

Stand confirmation/ Invoice

Where can I find the hall plan?

You can only see the hall plan after you have downloaded the invoice. You´ll be able to download the hall plan via the menu “document management”. After you clicked on the “document management”, please select your company and stand number form the drop down menu.

Can I pay by credit card?

Within an amount of EUR 1000,00 we accept credit card.

I would like a total invoice for all the services.

Your ordered services are processed and invoiced by different companies. Therefore, there is no total invoice. However, there is a new service which allows you to call up all the invoices from DLG Service GmbH at a central point in the portal.

 


 

Ordering services

How do I order services such as electricity, water?

Services can only be ordered via the Exhibitor Service Portal. Some services will be available after receipt of your registration, other services after stand confirmation.

I would like to register an innovation for the Innovation Competition.

Innovations can be registered after stand confirmation in the Exhibitor Service Portal. Please observe the new registration deadline for your innovations: 14 July 2023.

Where can I view my order?

Log into the Exhibitor Service Portal using your access data. You will find your order under the menu point “My stand bookings”.

Where can I get the exhibitor passes?

Exhibitor passes will be exclusively digital and personalised. They will be available from September 2023 on, provided there are no open invoices. The exhibitor passes will be available as PDF files and for the Smartphone Wallet in the Ticket Service Centre.

Are the exhibitor passes personalised?

Yes, exhibitor passes are personalised. Because of the Corona pandemic, chains of infection must be traceable. Every person who is on the exhibition grounds, including during the construction and dismantling times, must registered personally. The private address must be given when registering. All exhibitor passes, including assembly and dismantling passes, are no longer transferable.

No exhibitor tickets are required for the digital platform. You can register as many employees as you want in your company profile.

Will my orders be deleted after the trade fair?

No, your personal account and orders will be retained.
